The challenge
What was going wrong
A manufacturing corporate in India required the migration and modernisation of more than 100 on-premises workloads, together with a transition from Google Workspace to Microsoft Cloud. The organisation operated a mixed environment of on-premises servers, legacy applications, file services, Google Workspace and disconnected collaboration tools with limited cloud governance — increasing administration overhead and limiting collaboration.

Assessed more than 100 workloads for Azure migration, modernisation, consolidation, retirement or retention, building an Azure environment covering landing zone, networking, identity, security, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery.

Migrated collaboration from Gmail to Exchange Online and Google Drive to OneDrive and SharePoint, covering calendar, contacts, shared data, user identity, domain transition and user communication.

Enabled Microsoft Cloud across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra, Intune, Defender technologies and information protection.

Assessed selected workloads and workflows for Azure-native services and Power Platform automation to improve integration and operational reporting.
