The challenge
What was going wrong
A large UAE enterprise required the consolidation of more than 11,000 users across Microsoft cloud environments, involving business-critical identity, messaging, collaboration and data workloads. The customer faced multiple Microsoft 365 tenants, complex identity relationships, email coexistence requirements, large mailbox and archive volumes, and diverse business-unit requirements with strict user-experience expectations.
